Very Noisy . the music coming from the nightclub downstairs made it impossible to sleep. from around 9:30pm and continued until 2:00am , the music was loud, the room was shaking. The property would have been fully aware of this issue and should have either warn guest about staying in rooms by the night club side. I would never stay here again on a Friday or a Saturday night

We reserved the place from September 24th -28th. Check in process was smooth and efficient. Front desk staffs were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I mentioned that we were getting eloped the following day and they had a fruit platter prepared for us, and we got an upgraded room with a jacuzzi. The place had everything from swimming pool with water slide, buffet, bar, restaurant downstairs. Location was super convenient to the peace garden it was roughly an hour an 15 minutes. We went to Sabor Latino restaurant as it was recommended and it was AMAZING

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise night out for my wife, which made the experience extra special. We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool. Great service, great atmosphere, and a memorable stay. We would definitely come back!

The gentleman at the front desk was great. He had the right personality for the job and is very personable. The only thing I could suggest is move the smokers out front by the in doors somewhere else as they were hanging around the front doors and we had to walk through second hand smoke

Our room was ready upon arrival, and the receptionist made some good suggestions for dinner. I have 2 observations: Pillows are very hard and quite uncomfortable and the tub shower is extremely slippery. When I mentioned this to the receptionist at checkout, he told me that I should ask for a shower mat next time. There won't be a next time!!!! Breakfast was quite good, with good service and reasonably priced.

Gotta love a waterpark and a hot tub on a road trip!!! Everything was great about the hotel expect a few issues; I found the sheets rough and the bed was noisy. The real downer was the check-in. The way it was explained to me is something like the hotel doesn’t charge PST and Expedia does. The hotel clerk didn’t know this so the charges didn’t match and we waited forever. They were friendly but maybe inexperienced. To avoid this I’ll never prepay on the app ever again.

Our stay at the Canad Inn in Brandon was a last vacation stay before school started. We loved the pool and waterslide and it is nice having the restaurant on site. Room was very clean and comfortable with lots of space. Staff was very helpful in answering our questions as needed. We would gladly stay here again.

Has become way more run down over the years. Room smelled a little mouldy and lots of sketchy people around the hotel. Tavern was dead, breakfast is ridiculously expensive…..all in all, meh?! Not what it used to be.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. We loved our room and the staff were lovely. The noise on a Friday night was too much. With the nightclub attached we could heard the bass and music from 7 floors up. Thank you staff for comping our breakfast after we were up until 3 am with the noise.

We stayed at Canad Inns Brandon for three nights. Excellent hotel for families, great pool, lots of restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly. Jon at the front desk went above and beyond. We will definitely stay again.
