Surrounded by countryside near Keuka Lake, this private cabin offers a quiet base for exploring Branchport, Penn Yan, local wineries, and Finger Lakes hiking trails. A small fishing pond, open lawn, covered deck, and fire pit provide plenty of space to spend time outdoors.

Inside, the main level features an updated full kitchen, dining area, living room with a futon and gas fireplace, and one full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping loft, furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds separated by a privacy divider.

Please note that exterior stairs are required to enter the cabin, and the loft is accessible only by a spiral staircase. These features may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

One dog is permitted with the applicable pet fee. Additional dogs require prior approval. Guests must promptly remove and properly dispose of pet waste; failure to comply may result in a $100 charge.
