We stayed here because we wanted something unique and that’s what we got. The house was put together beautifully and was very clean. The property with the cabin was amazing it was so nice going to sleep to the sounds of wildlife. During the day we seen an eagle perched by the pond and numerous other birds. Perfect for a trip intended to unplug for a while. We'll definitely be returning here. It should be understood that cell coverage in and a round the cabin can be spotty. We have Verizon and had zero coverage in the area but your carrier may be better. Thankfully they have decent wifi and we were able to communicate as needed but you should be sure that your phone can make calls over wifi. The only recommendation I would make is for some sort of hot plate setup so that people can cook inside. An induction plate could work really well in this small setup. There's a microwave and a small traditional grill that's shared between both cabins but we didn't have any charcoal and we're completely unfamiliar with microwave cooking. Thankfully Watkins Glen is a short drive away and there are plenty of great restaurants. ##### jason k.
