"I stay here often when I am traveling from Dallas airport. On the day that I checked in, I called ahead of time to make sure there was a shuttle available to take me to the airport as I was running late due to traffic. I was assured that there would be a shuttle available at 12:30 M1 at 1 PM. I needed to board my flight at 1:40 PM. I arrived at the hotel before 1230 but there was no shuttle at 12:30 and apparently no shuttle was coming at 1 o’clock either. When it got closer to 1 o’clock, I had to drive over to Dallas myself and pay $40 to park. So I was not able to use the free parking and shuttle from the hotel. And all the times that I have State at this hotel this is the first issue I have ever had. I was flying to South Florida and back in one day. Thus the reason I was staying at the hotel because I could not have a 2 Hour Dr. after flying down and back in a day. I do love the staff at this hotel. They are always kind and helpful. The front desk person told me that another hotel was having an event and this was why I couldn’t get a shuttle. She did try to call and find me a shuttle, but could not find one. I love the morning breakfast choices, especially the strawberry waffles. The food that is offered for breakfast is always great."

"Breakfast was very good. The property has been kept up but it needs to be refreshed. The location is good if that is where you want to be although you need a car to get around. The staff was very friendly. It is a good hotel but it has lost some of its luster."

"The staff at the reception was not professional. The lady at the desk did not believe me when I said our reservation included breakfast. She asked for proof so I showed her our reservation itinerary and Confirmation number, which clearly stated "Free breakfast". She said I have to send her an email! I showed her my itinerary again. She refused to accept it. Finally she called Expedia customer service. Customer service person told her that we had free breakfast. She still refused to accept it and told the person on the phone that she needed an email. Then the customer service on the phone then asked to talk to the manger, she said the manager was not there. Finally after half an hour of discussion she gave us the vouchers for the breakfast. This was unnecessary and uncomfortable for me to waste half hour back and forth, especially when I clearly showed my itinerary to her and she didn't believe it. Thank you."
