The staff was courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was good and area maintained clean. The beds are not as comfy but for just 1 day was doable. The only gripe i have is the bathtub need a good scrubbing, otherwise the towels provided were stainless and good quality. I would definitely stay again and the price was great!

Room was in god condition. Needed a fax machine. I called the 800# before I arrived and specifically asked if the Best Western in Bradford had a fax machine in the Business Office. They said yes however there was none. The attendant at the front desk did not know how to use the fax machine behind the counter. He told e he did not know how to use it and he is only 21! Somewhat frustrating.

The breakfast had lots to choose from, friendly staff. The only thing that would change is that the mattresses were wrapped in plastic. I understand why they would do that but it was very hard to sleep because every time you moved the plastic would crinkle.

Great location

We stayed here on a visit to Pitt University. I liked the location of the property to the university. The room were very clean. They have a complimentary breakfast, it is one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay here again.
