"Nice hotel with swimmingpool and bubblebath. Nice selection at breakfast. My room had a beautiful view with my own big balcony. . The room was nice and clean except that you could hear the train passing. When I did shut the door to the balcany it was ok. Moneglia is a very pretty and small village away from tourists. The hotel is close to the train station and perfect if you want to go hiking in Cinque Terre. The hotel is situated up on the hill and its quite heavy walking."

"This was a pleasant surprise and a delightful stay. A little hard to get to driving, but absolutely easy from the train station. They have a private elevator from one level to another of the town. The staff was wonderful, and dinner was excellent and breakfast was made to order. "The hotel location was amazing, a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, ferry to go to portofino just across the street, and the beach, public and private!! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with darker short hair. They gave us good advice , and when we told them we need to check out at early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go! The room configuration was great for the 4 of us! Everything was pleasant !"

"Getting to the hotel for the train station was a extremely straight forward, pun intended. The 24 hr concierge, everyone from the team, as we spoke to three separate agents at different times in our stay, were all extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were always well stocked with options for sandwiches, eggs, pastries and juices. All you need. Make sure to ask the staff for fresh espresso from the kitchen while you are there. Location was great, not facing the water, but easily accessible to walk to dinner or a stroll along the boardwalk within seconds. The shared roof top patio was great to relax in the sun closer to the room too."

"The hotel is in a great location. However, it needs some updating. The biggest thing is the elevator needs to be updated!!!! My sister and I got stuck inside which was a traumatic situation. It stopped and the doors opened half way then the doors got stuck and it would not move once the doors closed. The staff acted like this happens all the time. It was extremely hot and no air and a frightening experience. Other guests were complaining about the elevator to deaf ears. It might be a good idea to update the breakfast with a bit more options. The rest of the stay was good."

I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."
