Super nice place
Felt like home with all the great amenities and cleanliness of the place. It was also the perfect location for going to Big Sky, eating and drinking at the great restaurants and breweries in Bozeman and having a quiet neighborhood to stay in.

Best Setup for a VRBO
Extremely clean. Great and quick communication with the property manager. No clutter. Well stocked with essentials. Plenty of towels. Great storage. Clear instructions about anything you will need. Comfortable beds. We can't say enough great things about this property and will definitely be back.

Great Location!
We had a wonderful trip to Bozeman. The lovely home is close to everything. We walked into the downtown area and to the Tuesday night Farmer's Market. Paul was wonderful to work with and we appreciated all of the information he shared with us regarding, "All Things Bozeman". The outdoor patio area and grill were so nice to have after a long day hiking. And, we hiked, and hiked and hiked! Bozeman, Big Sky, and Yellowstone. Amazing views! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect distance from the action on Main street. I enjoyed walking to Sweet Peaks ice-cream shop & Ted's Montana Grill. The house was very clean and well appointed. I traveled the area alone for a few days, and it was both quiet and safe to do so. Would stay here again.

Great little 2BR 10 min from downtown
This place seems to be recently remodelled with nice finishes throughout. The red leather couch is a bit much :) but otherwise very nice decorating. 10 min walk to the center of downtown. I would stay here again. The beds are fine, the kitchen is nice, they provide a bit of local coffee for a few pots, and they are pretty well organized. It seems to be run by a local group that has several properties. For thoroughness, here a few minor issues: Parking is a little weird, there's a small spot along the alley (my CR-V fit, a full size sedan or SUV might not), but the street parking is permitted and they don't provide permits. The email they sent said one thing and the book in the property said another about which side is permitted which times of year. I imagine you could figure it out by asking for clarification on what is permitted. The only negative thing is that they sent about 3 emails before I came that were very long, plus there was a book on the kitchen counter, all with 'important information about your stay', but it was way too much to read it all, and they didn't always agree on the details (what temperature to set when leaving, what is recyclable, how street parking works).

Great location and cozy place!
I truly enjoyed relaxing in this amazing little house. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook and bake over Christmas, and it was just perfect and cozy! Parking on the side of the house, even in the snow, was just fine. I highly recommend this, and the manager/owner was very responsive and also proactively resourceful in terms of things to do in the wonderful town of Bozeman. Thanks for a great stay!

Well appointed and decorated. Great location.
Very well appointed rental! We hosted a dinner with 15 people and were surprised how many kitchen utensils amd supplies were already supplied. Very well decorated amd perfectly clean. Great property!

Fantastic cottage!
The cottage was wonderful! The location was great, just a couple of blocks from Main St., and within walking distance of downtown. The cottage itself was lovely, beautifully updated and immaculately clean. There were several extra amenities, from shampoo, conditioner and body wash being provided to having coolers available that we’ve not had at other rentals. There was a lot of attention to detail, and that made our stay very enjoyable. Well done!

Wonderful Property Close to Everything
Great rental in Bozeman for my 2 week stay. Close to Main Street and within walking distance from great restaurant, South 9th Bistro. House was well equipped with EVERYTHING you could possible need. Washer and Dryer were a huge plus. Looks recently remodeled and was perfect for our group of 3.

This newer remodeled house is setup nicely for travelers needs. Super clean and well stocked. Really nice enclosed backyard with grill. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed at in Bozeman.

Adorable cottage in downtown Bozeman
We stayed here over Thanksgiving, and really enjoyed ourselves. The house was really clean, very cute, and came with lots of thoughtful amenities. There was coffee ready for us to make in the kitchen, and it was well equipped for actual cooking. There is a guest manual with instructions for how to use a variety of things in the house, and convenient parking right next to the house. It snowed almost continuously during our visit, and someone came and shoveled the steps and sidewalk for us every day! The owner is incredibly thorough with information that made our stay very easy, and was friendly and welcomed us to contact him if we needed anything. The location is in a charming neighborhood that is close to downtown, and easy to navigate to other parts of the city as well. This was a really great property with high quality bedding, towels, furniture, appliances, and kitchenware. The next time we go to Bozeman, I will book this property again if it is available.

Beautiful Bozeman Cottage!
From our arrival to our departure, everything was perfect! This beautiful cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was immaculately decorated, had Roku TV handy and a coffee maker with ground coffee beans waiting for us! If you ask, you can purchase a dozen farm fresh eggs from the owner for $5! Such a treat. So enjoyed how close it is to the Co-op and downtown. We walked everywhere! Would highly recommend this beautiful property. Many thanks to the owner who greeted us with an email containing all the information we needed for our stay including many wonderful local recommendations!
