This place seems to be recently remodelled with nice finishes throughout. The red leather couch is a bit much :) but otherwise very nice decorating. 10 min walk to the center of downtown. I would stay here again.
The beds are fine, the kitchen is nice, they provide a bit of local coffee for a few pots, and they are pretty well organized. It seems to be run by a local group that has several properties.
For thoroughness, here a few minor issues:
Parking is a little weird, there's a small spot along the alley (my CR-V fit, a full size sedan or SUV might not), but the street parking is permitted and they don't provide permits. The email they sent said one thing and the book in the property said another about which side is permitted which times of year. I imagine you could figure it out by asking for clarification on what is permitted.
The only negative thing is that they sent about 3 emails before I came that were very long, plus there was a book on the kitchen counter, all with 'important information about your stay', but it was way too much to read it all, and they didn't always agree on the details (what temperature to set when leaving, what is recyclable, how street parking works).
