The home is one of a kind, Timber-Framed masterpiece, that embodies northern Michigan. Ski-In/Out -Located in the only gated community within Boyne Mountain, on the 1st Green of the Monument Golf Course, which also allows Ski in (Out dependent upon chair lift operation - check at the mountain for conditions ). Edelweiss is located at the top of the mountain, past the Mountain Cabins. On the backside of Disciples chairlift. Make sure you check to see if other rentals are ski-in/out, it makes a HUGE difference. Imagine not loading ski equipment and heading back and forth to the lodge. Staying at Boyne Timbers allows you the freedom to ski out in the morning, ski home for lunch then back out again! We were able to cross country ski out the back, play ping pong and shuffleboard, and mostly enjoy large meals at the table. House layout was excellent with large gathering spaces for everyone to be together. Loved the views of the hills as the snow fell each evening. ##### Maureen C. Comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, multiple gathering & TV watching areas , kitchen had everything we needed, outdoor area was just wonderful in the evenings. The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfectly located—just minutes from the slopes. After long days of skiing, we loved coming back to the warm fireplace and relaxing in the comfortable living space. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable.The host was friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. We enjoyed the house amenities including ping pong, hot tub and fire pit. We toured the sky bridge, shopping, golf and short trip to the lake. We also went to the water park on site. The kids loved the xbox and games in the basement. Beds were all comfortable and the multiple en suites made the adults happy! Perfect house for a large or mixed group. The ski lift near the house was closed to we couldn't ski in/ski out, but we knew that was a risk. We found it to be pretty easy to use the shuttle or drive down and park (we just got dropped off with the kids and had one person go park the car). The home was immaculately clean; furniture was comfortable and in great shape, bedding was fantastic, kitchen was well supplied with all items you would expect, game room was great and the hot tub was very well maintained. If that wasn't enough we were also provided a fully decorated (enormous) Christmas tree. You cannot go wrong with this rental. Kudos to Chuck! ##### Linda R. Even though we didn’t get the snow we had hoped there was so much to do! Ping pong, Xbox, golden tee and shuffleboard. I stayed here with my large family for my wedding weekend at the Beach House Lawn and we had the best time ever. The beds are all so comfy, there is sooo much space and everything was so clean. It is perfect location on the mountain and incredible views! The owner was amazing and so quick to respond. Already planning a trip back in the winter. We had no complaints!!
