Although it’s in boyne city, it’s still such a convenient drive to boyne mountain. There is a great living space with plenty of room for 9 people. The outside area was amazing - fenced in and private, beautiful and lots of seating/area for play for little kids. The house is very nicely updated, well stocked and overall the house was clean. The only real disappointment was there did not appear to be central air, only 2 AC units (1 in the living room and 1 in the master). While it kept the house relatively cool, it was definitely warmer in the rooms without the units (had to have our daughter sleep in the master with us because it was too hot in her room) and the units are very loud. They turn off/back on as it reaches the temperature throughout the night and it was so loud when it would turn back on it would wake ourselves and our daughter from sleep. I also personally didn’t like that you can’t lock the windows with the AC units unless you wanted to take out the AC unit completely. Besides the AC stuff, I was happy with our stay. The design and amenities of the house are very thoughtful with attention to every detail. We loved the inside with the comfy beds, multiple tvs with options to login to our apps, and the kitchen. We had a fire in the fire pit, played some corn hole and just relaxed with a cup of coffee or glass of wine outside depending on the time of day.
