« The Mint was very clean. The queen bed upstairs was very hard as others stated. Maybe a mattress topper needed. Sheets and towels need replacing. »

« Quiet, cozy and clean. We spent 5 days and enjoyed every day. The lake was beautiful and it was so much fun using the kayaks. We made a fire one night, wood was available for purchase at the going area rate. Marshmallow roasting sticks were provided. »

« From the curb you might think there's no way its as big as listed. The house goes deep. Plenty of room on the main floor for entertaining with almost all bedrooms upstairs. Clean, plenty of cooking utensils and sil erware. Hosts are quick to respond. Perfect for our group. »

« John and Dianne are wonderful hosts. We ve returned for 4 years running. The cabin is simple and clean. Pet friendly which is why we return. Little things like -the mints and the Coffee / simple kitchen provisions well stocked. The little outer room lets us keep the bikes out of the weather. Close enough for a day over the bridge --and a simple drive to H. Springs or over to Petoskey. We LOVE the Petoskey Brewery and the North West Bike trail. Chances are very good we'll be back. »

« Ample parking for our car & boat trailer. Fully stocked kitchen. Huge family room with beautiful windows overlooking the water. Large, private lot - great for yard games! Individual a/c units in each living space were fantastic. Comfortable furniture & bedding. Gas grill & washer/dryer were a bonus. The dock was a great spot to moor our boat and enjoy a cup of coffee/glass of wine. »

« The house was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The bedrooms had very good beds with comfortable linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the big fenced in yard for the kids. The location was good and close to the bigger towns and the beaches. »

« The stay was very good. We were in the area for a softball tournament and it fit our families needs very well. The goodies on the table were a nice touch and being able to use some of the refrigerator items helped. I would recommend this house to anybody staying in the area. »
