The location was within short driving distance of most things (Pearl Street, CU famous, Stadium) and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The space itself is large and accommodated 3 of us comfortably. Jess was very easy to communicate with, we had no issues at all. My biggest complaint is that we never recvd checkin instructions and the owner was not quick with responding. It is dog friendly but there is an extra pet fee that wasn’t clear in the listing. It’s right along the bike path and the owners gave me access to bikes. The weather didn’t cooperate to use the bikes other than one day. It’s also not a bad walk to the downtown area or other areas for hiking and such. . I walk a lot so it was fine for me. I met the family and their beautiful Bernese dog. Super nice family and very accommodating to their guests. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to land after enjoying the many outdoor things the area has to offer. ##### Lisa R. In our case, we knew we wouldn’t be spending too much time there because we had so many things to do. So the lack of a kitchen was not a problem. There is a coffee maker, hot plate, microwave and mini-fridge for your necessities some of which we used for snacks and beverages. Lots of stairs to get to as it is above a garage. So if stairs aren’t your thing, I would avoid this location. We loved it and would stay there again. ##### amy l.
