It’s right on Pearl Street, but it’s so quiet inside that, along with the view of the flatirons, we forgot we were right downtown. It’s so spacious, comfortable with a well-stocked and spacious kitchen, and aesthetically uplifting. It is located in a fabulous area in Boulder close to everything. We enjoyed walking to happy hour, coffee shops and shopping on Pearl Street. The actual building is modern and cool with an elevator and an outdoor courtyard. The loft is spectacular with views of the flatirons and high ceilings and tall windows that let in a lot of light! I spent mornings doing some yoga in the sunlight. The colors of the space are lovely as are the bedsheets, comforters, blankets and pillows and artwork and coffee table books! We spent a few nights cooking in the well-stocked awesome kitchen. Viki is fantastic to work with - even though she was overseas at the time, she immediately responded to any email or text.
