"Our stay at mopani for 2 nights was incredible, we was a group of 7 friends travelling from Cape Town to Victoria falls camping the whole way. Some friends also upgraded and stayed in rooms for the evening and said it was such a nice experience to see and here the elephants and other animals coming to the watering hole all night . "They have the worst management team and no coordination whatsoever. We were given a room that wasn’t ready upon our arrival and nothing in the room was working. The shower and tub were dirty and management claimed that was their usual condition, which we had to be told only after raising a complaint. Our booking was supposed to include a free breakfast which was never provided. Management excepted us to pay twice even though we showed proof of payment via the app online, second time being on...
