"Great stay… this condo is clean and spacious. Close to the city and Wellesley, where we were attending a weekend sporting event. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is because the upstairs neighbors are very loud. "

"The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Jenny is quick with communication and her instructions are well detailed and easy to follow. We did not have any of the issues with the locks as others had noted. The parking is fantastic. While it says behind the house, don’t think of a creepy alleyway. It’s a fenced in drive with multiple spots shared by the building. The exterior is well lit, stairs have non slip surfaces, and easily found by our uber driver. The beds are tempur style and were very comfortable. Shower pressure was described as “perfection” from all in our group. This might have been the best coffee stash we’ve had in a rental yet. Thank you for saving us that trip to the store (there is one just around the corner for other items) We would 100% stay here again "

"It's clean and quiet. However, the owner seemed very inconspicuous and judgmental. Firstly, he does refuses to be contacted by any other means except through SMS or WhatsApp, which was already a red flag for me. I messaged him through WhatsApp to ask him a few questions, most of which remained unanswered. The first response I received from him was him commenting on the contents of my personal WhatsApp profile and said it's "Not a good idea for a guest... a guest in a house." I didn't even use the bathroom because it was used by the other guests, which is fine, but I've been told the water is cold. I tested this with the kitchen sink and the 0.5 bathroom sink, and it did not warm after five minutes of running. Lastly, there is no laundry accommodations like it's listed on this website. I tried reporting that to Expedia, but they ignored the request, so just keep in mind that you CAN NOT do your laundry here."

"Our stay went pretty well! Host was responsive and super easy to communicate with. Our unit was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone :) Only flags to mention: trash can has a lid that was broken and the bathroom door would not stay shut/lock, otherwise our Stay was super smooth!"

"We had a great stay! The location, unit, and communication with the host were all great. The unit is very clean and comfortable.The host was very understanding when we shared that the noise from the upstairs unit was a bit disruptive, not because the upstairs guests were loud, but because there's little insulation for sound between the 2 units. So normal walking by guests upstairs was a bit loud. It seems the host is working on making this improvement.The only other things we suggest an improvements on are the pots and pans (scratched up teflon) and the soap and shampoo in the bathrooms - they are 1.25 purchases from the local dollar store. These were inconsistent with the rest of the unit and amenities, which were much more high end.All this said, I would stay here again. I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the host who was very attentive and welcoming."

The apartment itself was bright, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing.Diana was an excellent host from start to finish. Communication was clear, quick, and friendly, and she made check-in and check-out completely seamless. She was always available for questions and shared helpful tips that made our stay even smoother.The location was also a big plus, convenient, quiet, and easy to get around from, which made it a perfect base for our trip.
