Steps away from the best restaurants, bars and nightlife Southie has to offer. Very close to Seaport and downtown. Boston Convention Center is 0.9 miles away. This third floor unit includes a private parking garage and large roof deck that has amazing views of the city and Boston harbor. The very popular Carson (M street) beach is a short walk down the hill, perfect for the summer time. Pictures represent this place perfectly, although if you are not traveling with children, the bunk beds are too high or too low for many adults. Our group had some mobility issues, and being from a flat state, it didn’t occur to us that 3rd floor wouldn’t have an elevator. Without those issues, the subway is just a short walk, and the beautiful Dorcester monument is an easy uphill walk away. The roof deck is charming with a view of the harbor. Freedom Trail is not too far. Seapoint bar and grill is a short walk away, and a convenience store is on the opposite corner. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend ##### CJ B. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Tom H. 11 juin 2025 Points forts : Propreté Wow what can I say, my wife and I with two friends stayed at "The Heart of Southie" and we couldn't have been happier with the rental unit. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were very clean and comfortable. The unit also came with a parking garage which we used to travel outside of Boston on some day trips. The neighborhood was perfect for us with restaurants only a couple tenths of a mile away. The Charlie (subway) we used extensively was only 0.6 miles a way and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this place if you want a neighborhood feel and be able to get into downtown Boston easily. Great location with local options for food, walking, etc. Apartment is very well equipped / set up. Loved it!
