The unit gave us plenty of room. The whole unit had been recently updated and was clean, new and bright. It was also really nice to have the laundry right in the unit. We had a car and the included parking was great. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a 1st floor unit so sometimes there is some noise from the unit above. It is about a 10 minute walk to a T stop on the green line which we used frequently. Grocery store is about a 5 min walk.
