We are excited to host your memories here in this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. This apartment is located on the second floor therefore gets plenty of natural light. This apartment is has been complete renovated. You will have spacious bedrooms and extremely comfortable beds. Perfect stay in Boston

We had 3 wonderful days in Boston. The Appartement is equipped with all you need and is located in a quiet but central part of Bodton. We enjoyed our time there very much!

We had a fantastic family vacation in Boston, courtesy of Charles and Daphnee. The apartment was spotless, and it was a 10-minute walk to a great grocery store and bus lines into the city. Thanks for a great visit - we would definitely come again!

First time New England Trip for FL ladies

The location was great. The off-street parking was a plus! They have done a great job at renovating this property. There is plenty of space to sleep and socialize. The location was PERFECT for a day in Salem and then the next day in Boston. I would definitely stay here (or recommend to others) again!

Great stay we had 7 adults. Location was great. 10 min walk to the train station to go in and explore Boston. The beds were all very comfortable. Fresh linens and towels provided. Over all stay was great. Charles was fantastic to deal with and very responsive ! Would recommend

Family vacation

This place was perfect for me, my kids and inlaws. Plenty of space for our short getaway. The owner was super communicative and helpful. Had a play pen for a little one which was perfect for us. Also had a playground behind the unit. Cute little balcony for morning coffee. All around great place to stay.

Comfy home , great location

With exorbitant hotel prices in Boston , staying at this home made it affordable for our family to have a vacation in this city . The home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which was only about 20-30 minute Uber ride to all main attractions in the city . There’s quite a few convenience stores nearby and a great coffee shop within walking distance. Place was very homey and clean and had all the basic amenities. We were very satisfied with our stay

Nicely updated and quiet location

We stayed for a few days and the apartment was perfect for our family. It was clean and the host was responsive. It’s a quiet location with a park nearby for the kids that included a water play area to cool off. It was walking distance to a convenience store and pizza place. It was a short drive to the T station to head into the city. Would stay again.

Comfortable beds and good shower

2 super important factors in a rental - a good night's sleep and feeling clean and refreshed! Also, love the style. Generous bedrooms for our family of 6 and a small dog. Off-street parking also a plus, since street parking is restricted at night. Quiet neighborhood but still convenient to major roadways into Boston.

The property is good for the price. The area is residential with basically no amenities within walking distance. The parking is shared so you have to arrange with the other tenants staying in house.

3-days in Boston

We spent there 3 nights as a family of six people (2 people in every room, each equipped with a Queen sized bed). Everything Is really nice, even bettet than the pictures! Maybe the only not ideal thing is that the place is not very well situated if you don't have a car.

The house was great and nicely decorated, however next time I will read the fine print and realize the stairs make it hard for the 80 year old mom’s to climb LOL
