It is very updated with ac units in each room. The only surprise for us was there was no living /sitting area. We enjoy gathering to watch TV after a long day of sightseeing and we were not able to do that. Otherwise, we were 8 minutes from Harvard, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Boston Common (driving). Very convenient, very comfortable and the host was very responsive. It includes parking, although it says "tandem" in the description and pictures, it's not always available. If you have a big truck like I did, it will be a tight space. Know that this property is on a second floor and stairs are very uncomfortable going up and down. Not good for anybody with some mobility issues. The property has everything you will need for your stay. Towels, full kitchen, soaps/shampoo/conditioner available, and the beds are firm. Host is communicative and it's best to call her during your stay instead of using the VRBO app. There was construction happening right outside the back room windows and they were loud at 7 AM.
