The location was just right for wht we were in town for, with a great price to match! We just had a small issue with the the mini-splits either being way too hot or way too cold. We did figure this out with help from the host, but it seems like all of the units need to be off and turn the unit in the back bedroom, without the tv in it, on first to be able to change between heating and cooling on any of them. It includes parking, although it says "tandem" in the description and pictures, it's not always available. If you have a big truck like I did, it will be a tight space. Know that this property is on a second floor and stairs are very uncomfortable going up and down. Not good for anybody with some mobility issues. The property has everything you will need for your stay. Towels, full kitchen, soaps/shampoo/conditioner available, and the beds are firm. Host is communicative and it's best to call her during your stay instead of using the VRBO app. There was construction happening right outside the back room windows and they were loud at 7 AM. Otherwise, we were 8 minutes from Harvard, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Boston Common (driving). Very convenient, very comfortable and the host was very responsive.
