No housekeeping service. I was locked out of my room and my room was issued to another guest without communicating with me. The other guest showed up at the room door as i was on hold with customer service trying to fix this mess. They marked me as a no-show on the 1st morning of my 3 night stay ...

Was very pleasant, just find out the check in process takes too long, with technology. Today they should have faster ways of taking id and personal information before hand. So the check-in takes faster
