Hotel Edison Times Square
Really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very attentive. Was within walking distance of everything! Going to make this our go to in NYC!

Hyatt Grand Central New York
My experience had unfriendly staff the room wasn't clean properly there was tissue in the door the sheet were wrinkle and the room was dusty. There was no coffee and water in the room but could have been charged $45 more just to access those necessities.

They demanded extra in "taxes" when we checked in that was not mentioned in the listing, and it could only be in cash. They also had me pay a hefty security deposit that was not in the listing that I better get back. The guy that checked us in was not very helpful and quite rude. The bathrooms and ...
