"Sheet cover had small stain and a strand of hair found in the sheets. Quickly sorted but no a good start. Apart from that no issues. Good central location. Homeless and others are around but no problem. Just leads to the atmosphere. Not under the control of the hotel."

"Staff was all amazing and extremely kind. The property needs some love though. Leaky bathroom in a few ways (sink and toilet). One day all the main elevators to our floor were out all day…walked down 28 flights of stairs to get out and then to get back up we were able to take the service elevators ..."

"Central to the areas we were visiting in NYC. It was a good size for a NYC hotel. If we had stayed longer the kitchenette would have been great. The entry stairs were a little rough for me (bad knees) but they do have a lift. It's older but very clean. I didn't actually think it was any noiseier ..."
