Spacious room and nice staff

The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was no refill during our stay.

Very helpful receptionist on arrival with baggage storage, as we arrived early. The tram stop was quite near so no problem getting into town centre. Our room was a studio with facilities to cook and eat should we wish to. The room was large and clean with on suite shower and the beds comfy. On a busy road, but not too noisy with window closed.

Average stay.

Staff were great. Unfortunately the walls are thin and it was noisy. The AC is also centrally controlled and won’t go below 21. If I’m choosing a room with AC I want to be able to choose my temperature. I won’t stay here again. Parking was €15 a night for a motorcycle, the most I’ve ever had to pay.

Hotel was clean and tidy! Appartment had everything you need for a short stay in Bordeaux. The temperature was very hot and the air con didn't do much to counter it, but certainly better than having none!

DO NOT BOOK

**DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE** Far from the city center in a neighborhood without any restaurants around. This location is not for tourists. Building is outdated and dirty, even hallways were dirty and walls all scratched. Room carpet was dirty and stained, bathroom was smelly and very outdated. Kitchen utensils were absolutely horrible and dirty. Even the fire alarm was on when we got to our room. We had to leave immediately as beds had signs of bedbugs. Again DO NOT BOOK as this place is nothing like the pictures shown. After saying we were not satisfied with our room they did not offered any options and did not gave a refund as we had prepaid through Hotels.com

First room wasn't cleaned, actually bed sheets were dirty; beds made seemed okay but when you look closely you see hair and body hair!! Unbelievable! Then when I arrived to the reception desk she asked whether I took photo??! I said yes and showed the awful photos she changed the room telling me I have to give back the old room key to her when all is done! anyway we found the second room was not nice like the first one (literally no view), when giving the old key back I explained the situation but reception woman was not warm at all really. Anyway, asked if it was possible to pay the city tax later (all very beginning) she said no! It had to be paid at that minute but giving a clean room at first time no possible huh? And 2 days later asked for a 2 dozettes of espresso for the machine in the room , they charged immediately the 2 Euros, I was expecting maybe a nice gesture like offering at least 2 espresso upon that terrible check in! Another time, non merci.

Struttura relativamente nuova. Bell appartamento. Se ben si trova a quasi 2.5 km del centro se può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Cmq e ben collegata della tranvía C. Direi che tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Quello che mi ha fatto infastidire che il microonda non funzionava. La ho fatto presente il primo giorno giusto perché avevo comprato della roba da mangiare da scaldare. I. 3 GG non sono stati capaci di darmi una soluzione: o cambiare il microonda, o cambiare appartamento o sistemarlo...hanno lasciato stare... Il fatto di prendere i appartamento e proprio per cucinare qualcosa o fare colazione. Ho dovuto usare padelle e pentole e ripulire ogni volta avendo un microonda anche lo avrebbe risolto in 2 minuti senza sporcare.

Det var perfekt men siger at man først kan check in 16:00 men det var muligt allerede kl:13:00 så røg der 3 timer jeg kunne have brugt til noget andet. Ellers var stedet perfekt med verdens sødeste folk i reception. Tæt på spotvogn og supermarkeder . 20 minutter og så er man i byen.

Réveillé à 1h00 du matin par une personne frappant à ma porte de chambre, pendant 10 mn, l'oeilleton de ma porte m'a permis de voir une personne attendant que j'ouvre ma porte. je me pose des questions quand à ses motivations (hotel de passe, trafic quelconque...), une chose est certaine je n'y séjournerai plus.
