"Small boutique hotel in the heart of Colombo, walking distance to the ATM, cafes and restaurants. Service is friendly, personal and non- intrusive. Pool is small but enough for a quick dip. Gym is tiny but enough. Third time staying, will be back!"

I loved my recent stay at the Galle Face Hotel. The architecture of the hotel is stunning and my room was clean and comfortable. The location is central and very convenient. The service was fantastic. My favourite spot was the outdoor veranda for breakfast as well as at the Traveller's Bar. Perfect spot to enjoy dinner or a beverage, or catch up on some work with an afternoon coffee. I can't wait for my next visit.

The BEST thing about this hotel is its staff. From security, bell boy, front desk to housekeeping. Pretty much everyone was amazing. They genuinely care for their guests. I stayed there for 2 nights (October 23rd and 24th - 2019). During check in they upgraded my room to a Suite. (I didnt ask for it) Then the Front Desk officer and the bell boy accompanied me to my Suite and showed all the amenities. Next day morning it was raining heavily. I had a lot of places to visit and people...

The stay, food, and customer service were fantastic. Special thanks to Asinsala; she was fantastic, and when we extended our stay by another day, she helped us program our room keys so we didn't have to go to reception. I will high-key recommend this place to go and have a great experience
