This is a newly renovated historic building with the convenience of downtown living and enough distance from the rowdy bar "triangle". This downtown building has a retail store on the first floor with a spacious and bright 2 story living space above with 2nd and 3rd floor decks. The main floor has a brand new kitchen with deck access to a grill, two master suites with their own bathrooms, a living room, a powder room and a spiral staircase that leads to the 3rd floor. The top floor has another large bedroom with two double beds, another full bathroom, a ping pong table, mini bar, and a "daybed" area that has two more double beds. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. The rooms are all large, bright and airy. The entrance to the apartment is at the back of the building.
