The cabin, which is at slightly under 4000-foot elevation, is on a hillside with 25 stairs from the parking lot to the porch. It is not handicap accessible. We were lucky enough for it to have snowed in March during our stay. The fire place made our stay comfy and warm. The owners left very thorough and thoughtful instructions about all the games and how to play them. We enjoyed enjoyed the game room and the well stocked clean cabin. We reconnected with nature and truly enjoyed the deer that came every morning and evening. We highly recommend this cabin and are very thankful to our gracious hosts! Ended up with plenty of snow and cold weather. Was a bit intimidated with driving to and from the cabin with the weather, but the roads all the way to the cabin was plowed and salted frequently so no issues at all.Location and view was spectacular, even better then the images, with views and plenty of deer to watch. The cabin itself was very spacious, we are a family of 5 with a golden retriever. Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was stocked with spices, sugar, flour, oil, etc. Much better than most cabins.
