"I enjoyed my stay the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I particularly enjoyed the view of Howard's knob from my room."

"So the staff, for the most part, was good. Only exception being the housekeeper who slammed the door in my face when I went to ask why there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Front desk helped me right out. Had a pretty good stay. It was me and 5 kids in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. I advise you bring something to clip the curtains closed with. We were on the ground floor and only the sheer curtain closed. The "decorative" ones that weren't see through didn't close. We just clipped them together. Breakfast was good, kids loved the pool."

"Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. It is one of those set ups where everything is a larger container attached to the shower wall and next to the sink. I hate this set up and I’ve never gotten good quality products. Finding out that there was no shampoo was a real pain because, of course, I didn’t check prior to getting into the shower. Thankfully I could use the shower gel for shampoo and hand soap but a bit awkward. The next morning I stopped the maid on our floor and asked if she could replace them. She said she would but she did not. After we got back to our room that evening, the front desk brought me replacements but it was irritating. Otherwise a good place."

"This is a cozy cabin with a comfy bed and we enjoyed the hot tub. The place is in need of some TLC with a sunken couch and broken deck chairs. We were upset to find dirty dishes and spilled food in fridge upon our arrival. The rest of our stay was great and as long as you can maneuver the mountain driveway it is a great location in beautiful country."
