Great layout and plenty of space to spread out so that everyone is comfortable. We loved the hot tub, eating in the beautiful dining room, coffee by the fire table and our deer visitors. I will say that if you have older guests, there are some steep steps to get down in order to access the front door, which made unloading the car a little tricky in the rain. We had a few minor issues. The fireplace on the main level wasn’t working which was disappointing, especially on a cold night. We also had some electrical issues and had to keep flipping the breaker. Minor things like drawers/cabinets needing a clean and the hot tub could use a new filter, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. One thing to note if traveling with small children, the king bed is on the 2nd floor, and the bunk room is in the basement… so bring monitors if you’re concerned about being multiple floors from the kids.
