Unfortunately for us our unit’s kitchen was full of small ants, I did use the spay they provided, killed hundreds and they were still coming and coming in the kitchen. Not sure if it is the source but there is no seal at the bottom of the door leaving it open for 0.5 inch! Small ants and many others bugs can enter. « Charmingly renovated Queenslander with attention to detail. Everything we needed was supplied. We loved the beautifully polished floors and high ceilings. The property was close to Innisfail and to Paronella Park so we went back for the night show. The absolute bonus was being next to the bakery and walking distance to the hotel. Great stay. »

« Arriving at the property I was amazed at the attention to detail and little touches like the fridge having food and poolside towels. Inside was incredibly clean and tidy with very nice decor. The stay was incredibly enjoyable and is super accessible to the beachfront in less than 5 minutes doorstep to sand. « We had a lovely relaxing Easter at Solitaire with the family! The kids loved the pool and the indoor/outdoor areas were great. The short walk to the beach and town were also appreciated. A floor plan in the listing would help to show the layout of the house, but the separate living and sleeping pavilions worked well for our family. We would love to stay at Solitaire again! »

« This property was beautifully appointed, a few minutes drive out of Mission Beach itself. Boasting 3 good sized bedrooms, an extremely large bathroom with an extra separate toilet, very spacious living area, very well appointed kitchen and the most fabulous verandah/deck with fairy lights overlooking the rainforest and green pastures, it was a pleasure to stay here. The house was spotlessly clean with beautiful thick towels, and good quality bed linen. Kaitlyn was a wonderful and helpful host....

Also our check in was complex as it is done in another resort 2 miles away from the units and the front desk was confused as I pre checkin online as it was recommended in an email they sent me and they thought that my room was no more available. "
