Such a beautiful place. Loved to take walks on the paved trails and saw marsh rabbits and even a bobcat one morning. We enjoyed the beach, kayaks, bocce ball and lectures. Only major objections were that the interior appearance was dated. The entry lock was difficult to read the numbers at night and difficult to open (needs new lockbox (IMHO). A well set up unit that has everything you need with a wonderful corner lanai with great views of both water and golf course. We also loved the two-person swing in front of the building facing of a lake with alligators and other wild live that rivals a state park. ##### Michael G. It is a nice unit that has not not been updated/renovated for a good 30-40 years but in a nice neighborhood. The pool is a little tired but calm. We enjoy the quiet walks, birds, and smiles of our neighbors. The condo met our needs. It was neat, clean, and had a nice view of the pond and sunsets. The condo was small but roomy enough for two people. The location was perfect for us and the view over the golf course and ponds was a welcome sight every morning. Although the listing was accurate and condo was clean, it is really showing it’s age and is over due for a kitchen and bath remodel and furniture upgrade. Bonita Bay is a premier community in this area, but this condo needs some upgrades to live up to that standard. ##### Elizabeth R.
