Everything was comfortable and the owner super helpful-they connected us with boat captains, private chefs, guided tours, and responded quickly every time we had questions. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. « This property was perfect for what we needed it for. The Pros of this property are that it is big, there is lots of space and the property Manager, Simon is AMAZING. The cons are that it is off the beaten path (a 20-30 minute golf cart ride into town) and very basic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hosts and on site property managers were amazing and helped us with any questions. « This spacious condo worked very well for our party of four adults and would have also been great for a family. The kitchen was well-stocked and the views lovely. Esther from Pelican Reef Management was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were affected by the seaweed bloom that affected much of San Pedro. However, guides picked us up at the dock for activities, and we enjoyed snorkeling, fishing and scuba!. »
