"My family had a wonderful time in this beachfront property. Direct access to the clear turquoise patar beach offering inviting warm swimming waters even at 5 am is just magical. We mostly had the wide strech of the beach for ourselves during our 3 days stay ecxept for a few locals and fresh fish vendors passing by. "The advertised photos no longer represents the property, it is now run-down, unsafe, dirty and smells of sewage. They advertised a restaurant called Blue Mikey that is also a run-down place that is filthy! When checking in i looked over and it still had dirty pots and dishes from several days passed by appearances and along with dirt on counter. I have saw homeless encampments that looked better. Once i checked in and looked at the place i immediately turned around and left."
