This single-story cottage sits less than a mile outside downtown Bokeelia. It's a location that grants it both a serene setting and easy access to the town's fishing pier, boat charters, marinas, and several seafood restaurants. Find some of the best fishing in Florida in Pine Island Sound immediately west, or rent kayaks or canoes to explore the waters of Matlatcha Pass and Pine Island Aquatic Preserve.

The property itself is calm and spacious, offering a lovely spot to begin and end each day. Bring your morning coffee outside to the back deck, spend afternoons watching your kids play tag in the grass, and reconvene each evening in cushioned deck seats to sip cold cocktails at sunset.

The centrally air-conditioned interior is modern, polished, and uncluttered. You'll have a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an inviting living room with a smart TV, as well as smart TVs in two of the three bedrooms. A washer/dryer is on hand for all of your laundry needs, and complimentary WiFi is available throughout the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
