"The hotel was exactly what you expect when you book Holiday Inn Express. No complaints. The help, meh. Customarily, you're greeted with a smile and something friendly. Nope. Just "What's your name?" There wasn't anyone else there, so she wasn't rushing to get to the next person. I asked a question about the town, and was given a blank look. "I don't know." Not great. In the morning, we heard an two employees talking about an orange juice change. One was very upset. The dining area isn't the place for that."

"The internet did not work during my stay. The desk attendant tried to help, but was unable to resolve the issue. The TV would not tune to a single channel, making it unusable as well. There was a dirty rag left on the dresser when I arrived, and I noticed moldy carpet in the basement parking ramp. The morning desk clerk also had difficulty listening to concerns and came across as having an attitude. Because the hotel's internet was unavailable, I had to purchase additional cellular data in order to get online. The manager was extremely difficult to reach, and when she finally responded, she apologized but offered no compensation or accommodation for the inconvenience. She told me that the internet is only an only accessible to Rewards Members. That is insane! Overall, the combination of maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, poor communication, and lack of customer service made for a disappointing stay."

"Nice hotel. Not over the top fancy, no frills and there was NO POOL!! Breakfast was a waffle station and cereal, danishes, boiled eggs. No eggs or sausage. I had a danish and a cup of coffee and called it good. Hubby made himself a waffle. The beds were very comfortable,and there was a large tv, which made him happy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Glad we stayed there."
