The staff has ruined my stay by making a mistake in my reservation and ruining my son’s graduation day for me, the room service doesn’t not care about Do not disturb signs and ruined a very important work meeting for me by literally breaking into my room. "The breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very close to restaurants."

"The room key machine was broken, and staff had to escort guests to our rooms during our stay, every time we left the room. The machine had been down 5 days according to staff. That's really not acceptable. A problem is understandable, but 5 days? There were no security checks, staff just asked your room number and walked you there without confirming that is your room. Poor way to handle the situation. "
