« Everything about our stay was wonderful! The hosts were there for anything we needed and offered great recommendations for dinner and other attractions on the area. The location is awesome..only steps from Keuka Lake and Hammondsport Village. Only a short drive to Keuka Outlet Trail where we hike waterfalls and Seneca was close as well! « My husband and I stayed one night and were very excited to stay in our first tiny house. We were quickly disappointed to find there was no body wash or soap. After inquiring and being told where extras were, to find there was none, the owner’s response was basically a lighthearted “I guess the previous guests took it with them and I’ll be sure to restock it in the future”. Not helpful for our stay at all. The toilet seat was broken, and its bowl disgusting. The bathroom door came off its track...

We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) »

« We were staying in Geneva following a concert at Del Lago, and Kelly's Suite was a welcome respite after an evening of music and dancing! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and the snacks and bottle of wine were a welcoming touch! Their recommendation of Water Street Cafe for breakfast was spot on. We wish we could have stayed another night. Would definitely recommend this place! »

"Les plus : une vue splendide sur le lac avec une piscine et une terrasse très confortables. Les moins : l’odeur des moquettes dans les chambres. L’hôtel accepte les chiens mais la moquette n’est pas du tout adaptée ! En entrant dans notre chambre il y avait une odeur de « chien mouillé » très désagréable. Et pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer… Le petit déjeuner propose pas mal de choses mais tout est proposé dans des assiettes en carton, des bols en carton, des verres en plastique et couverts en plastique ! Ce n’est pas gênant pour manger mais qu’est ce que ça engendre comme déchets ! C’est tout simplement énorme ! Dommage, la parti environnementale de l’hôtel est très mauvaise."

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
