We had a great stay the room was very clean and check in was quick and easy thank you so much for the free upgrade we really appreciated it the front desk staff was very friendly helpful and made us feel welcome the room had excellent air conditioning and stayed nice and cold which made our stay even more comfortable great price for the service we received we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

We’ve always been happy with Best Western Plus. Booked this particular one because we were in the middle of a heat wave and they advertised an outdoor pool. Discovered pool had never been opened. Extremely disappointed. We were given vouchers for a menu breakfast which was very good. However the one server was swamped and we waited for a good hour til we were served. All in all not a pleasant stay

The staff was nice and the property itself had nothing wrong with it. We didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities so nothing to note. I will say though that the room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were incredibly dirty and sandy. The bed/pillows smelled really musty and sweaty. We requested new pillows but unfortunately staff let us know that they could only provide new pillow cases. We took them, but that didn’t help the smell and ended up having to use our sweaters over the pillows to cover the smell. The bathroom was the only thing that was clean, which was a huge relief. To top everything off, there was definitely a spider infestation in the room. I think my poor boyfriend killed about 20 spiders during our 2 night stay. Of course, bugs will always get in, but this was beyond ridiculous and there were about 6 spiders and webs when we checked in, proving that the staff didn’t care to clean them up. Lastly, the air conditioning is directly pointing towards the bed and there is no setting to change the direction of the air flow. As such, we were often left really uncomfortable with constant air blowing on us overnight. There’s not much else you can do about that since the AC is mounted, but overall the worst stay in the area and EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality and state of the room. We only chose this place bc it was a last minute booking, but I would strongly avoid and try staying somewhere else.
