The host (accommodated.com.au) requested a damages bond as part of my stay, which I transferred to them. After my stay, the bond was not returned to me. When I contacted the host, they replied with a series of misleading claims, including (1) claiming the bond was never paid, then (2) re-quoting my original invoice, but with higher...
