Salle d'eau fonctionnelle mais tâches au plafond et roulettes de la porte de la douche sortie de son emplacement (remise en place par nos soins). Literie agréable (matelas pas dur). Connection internet facile. Petit déjeuner simple mais correct, diner copieux. Chambres confortables propres et silencieuses malgré la route juste à côté. Point (tres) négatif le petit déjeuner. Arrivé a 08:00 il y avait personne du staff, presque plus rien au buffet. Aucun choix sucré ni de lait yaourt. Pas de café non plus (que de l’eau chaude et du café instantané). C’est la première fois que je vois ça dans ma vie. Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good.
