Beautifully finished throughout, it boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, contemporary furnishings, and all the essentials for a relaxing city stay. The property is just a 10-minute walk from Birmingham New Street station and only two minutes from the city’s coach station. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included, and fresh linen and towels are provided at the start of your stay. The Space: \- Finished to a high standard, this bright and spacious apartment blends modern design with comfortable furnishings \- Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to pour in, enhancing the open and airy feel of the space \- The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, dining table, and a large sofa with TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout \- The 2 generous double bedrooms feature full-length windows, plenty of storage, and cosy beds dressed in fresh, hotel-quality linen \- 2 immaculate modern bathrooms add extra convenience, each offering a shower (one also includes a bath), along with complimentary toiletries and soft towels. \- There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Ideally located in the city centre within a modern, secure development, the apartment is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés, with major attractions—including the Bullring Shopping Centre—just a 10-minute walk away. Getting Around: Most of the city’s top attractions are within easy walking distance, and several bus routes depart from the road directly outside the property. Birmingham New Street train station is only a short bus or taxi journey away, or around a 10–15 minute walk. Other Things to Note: Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
