THE SPACE
Bears Zen brings together classic mountain character and plenty of space for larger groups. Custom woodwork, warm log details, and a wood-burning fireplace give the main living area a true mountain-lodge feel, while comfortable seating creates an inviting place to gather after a day exploring Big Bear.

The spacious kitchen is designed for cooking and entertaining, with an industrial-style gas range and oven, oversized stainless-steel refrigerator, generous workspace, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the main gathering areas, making family meals and group dinners easy.

The downstairs primary suite offers additional privacy with a queen log bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom featuring a large jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs, along with the bonus game room.

Entertainment is a major part of Bears Zen. Indoors, enjoy the custom pool table, air hockey, foosball, and bonus room with additional lounge space. Outside, challenge the group to basketball or horseshoes, gather on the spacious deck, fire up the propane BBQ, or relax beneath the stars in the oversized private hot tub.

Please note that the indoor sauna is not available for guest use yet.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.


GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Guests must comply with Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy and applicable local vacation rental regulations.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM throughout Big Bear.
