Guest Access and Parking:
The property provides ample parking space for up to four vehicles, ensuring easy access for all guests. Smart locks facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes, allowing you to start your vacation without any hassle.
Checking-in: Remote check in after identity verification. You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
