« Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. As my kids get older, the space wouldn't work bc it is a bit tight, but I would definitely rebook for a future stay before we outgrow it. For families with very busy toddlers, be aware -...

« We enjoyed the cottage as it had everything we needed to prepare meals including pots and pans, spices, a lovely kitchen, towels and linens, shampoo and body wash in the shower. We loved the open concept and close proximity to downtown Bethel. The fenced-in yard was so convenient for the dogs. Hosts Adam and Suz were great, responsive and helpful. We would stay again! »

« We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can! »

« The property is beautiful. The location on the lake couldn't be beat. The hosts are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. I gave the property a 4 because we couldn't open the windows(also no screens in the windows) in the main part of the cabin and on hot summer days and nights the inside was very uncomfortable. The bedrooms have ceing fans but nothing in the main cabin. Luckily we brough our own but it still didn't cool the cabin enough. Being somewhat picky it would have been nice...

And as a vegan I liked that it was within close proximity to a number of vegan friendly options. »

« Nick and Ariel have a very special place. Their property is a quintessential lakeside camp with everything you need for relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the area. The cottage was very clean, had comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen and outdoor grills. We especially loved the screen porch at night and the easy access to Highland Lake. « I toook a long girls weekend with family and friends, the camp was very clean and comfortable. Allison the host had provided just about anything you could think of that you would need, from snacks to frosted mugs in the freezer.
