« Excellente situation géographique à quelques pas de la Marienplatz. Personnel très souriant et serviable. Un plateau café serait le bienvenu dans la chambre. Enfin pour éviter du travail supplémentaire il serait bon de servir le café dans une cafetière au petit déjeuner, c'est gênant pour les clients d'en redemander à chaque fois, de plus le personnel pourrait se consacrer à d'autres tâches. »

"Warmly welcomed upon check-in and was grateful for the courtesy dental kit after discovering I’d forgotten my toothpaste. Very small rooms and not enough hooks to hang towels. Didn’t love how housekeeping moved my things to put the replacement towels on the sink when they could have been placed elsewhere. Slept horribly because the room was so stuffy and the airco wouldn’t properly turn on and stay on, and the noise from the train station across the street made it impossible to just leave the window open at night.
