It opens onto the living/dining room, a convivial space structured around a table with chairs for family meals and a large sofa facing the television for moments of relaxation. This space extends visually towards the outside thanks to a French window giving access to a terrace offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool, the ideal place to start or end the day gently. On the same level, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, offering a comfortable retreat for four people. For their convenience, this floor has two full bathrooms: one is equipped with a functional shower and the other, located right next door, has a bathtub. The lower floor, accessible via an external staircase, ensures complete independence for occupants. This space is centred around a living area comprising a small kitchen and a lounge area with a sofa. At the back are the last two bedrooms: one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed.
