"Nice view of the Ganges river from balcony! Hotel needs better maintenance/renovation. Very difficult to access hotel from main street. Dirty narrow walking path to access hotel in the old town area, with stray animals...."

"Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Coffee machines need to be looked into - replaced. On the last day, I had a decent cappuccino. Dinner and lunch buffets are great as well, made more enjoyable due to people like Muskan, Abhilash, Deepak Shivam etc. In the other restaurant Varun, except for one person, Madhina, others don’t seem to smile at all. Need to learn to smile and be hospitable. Concierge position is stressful and it is in this hotel. Akansha did a decent job on the only day she was there. The other lady Nishita looked stressed. Handling Two cell phones and a landline is not easy. You need to have two people at that desk. One to coordinate with drivers and another to handle reservations and customers. Manish should be there. "
