« Property is a beautiful, historic building in a convenient location off the freeway. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with the exception of no central air. « Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. »

« The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. »

« We were really disappointed with this experience. The building felt dirty with rodent and bug deterrents in every outlet in the hallway. The couch was disgusting and there were areas that could not be sat upon. The shower had almost no pressure - if you have thick hair there is no way you could rinse it out. There was only soap at one sink. The beds luckily were comfortable and felt clean and the space was quiet at night. The staff was responsive when we reached out in that they responded...
