The lobby, with its classic French-inspired design, set a luxurious tone for our stay. Room: Our room was a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The king-size bed was exceptionally plush, with high-thread-count linens that promised (and delivered) a restful sleep. The room featured tasteful furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious, with a deep soaking tub and high-quality toiletries, providing a spa-like experience. "My recent stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Tunis was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my visit. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sonia, Ichrak, Aya, and Ryad at the reception, as well as Diaa Eddine in the lounge for their outstanding service and unwavering support throughout my stay. In the lounge, Diaa Eddine's attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast staff. Despite the excellent variety offered at the buffet, the staff seemed inactive and inattentive. I consistently had to ask them to replenish items on the buffet, and tables were not cleared and reprepared unless prompted. Overall, a fantastic experience!"
