Although the property is older and outdated, the staff kept it clean and in order. All staff was extremely nice, helpful, kind, and caring. The location is very central and close to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping mall. Walkable to parks and theaters.

I definitely enjoyed the roof top pool as well as the breakfast. I did not like the fact that I could not check in early, especially after almost 24 hour of traveling. Communication lagged between me and them and they did not make clear what my options for early check in was until I was already checked in.The TV did not work twice. Because there was no second window it was difficult to get a good nights rest with so much noise in the city. And I have stayed in this area before.

A estadia foi muito boa. O hotel é um pouco antigo mas bem estruturado. Disponibiliza acomodações que fornecem um conforto minimamente adequado. A localização é excelente para acessar diversos pontos interessantes na cidade. O café da manhã apresenta uma boa variedade e qualidade de itens. Entretanto, o ponto negativo observado é que, durante os finais de semana, pode ocorrer algum movimento e barulhos durante a madrugada.

O serviço foi bom, os quartos são limpos, bem higienizados, o café da manhã tinha variedades, muito bom também. No caso do estacionamento, embora seja gratuito, o serviço deixou a desejar. Quase perdemos o voo, pedimos para tirar o carro com 40 minutos com antecedência do horário que iriámos para o aeroporto e o funcionário não retirou. Meu namorado teve que ir para a garagem ajudar ao manobrista a tirar o carro. O negócio está desorganizado.

Localização excelente, check in e check out rápidos. Estacionamento com manobrista, era necessário agendar o horário que gostaria de sair, foi ótimo! Café da manhã completo e muito bom, e gostamos que iniciava cedo, a partir das 6h30. Só achei o quarto que ficamos (215) barulhento, pois a janela ficava voltada para a rua. Muitas pessoas conversando na rua de madrugada, o que incomodava. Poderiam investir em janela anti ruídos. Quarto grande e espaçoso para 3 pessoas. Recomendo!
