In the off-season, the on-street parking was easy, but I doubt that's the case during the summer. Unfortunately, the heater was left off until we asked at the front desk (because there's no phone) that it be turned on. Then it went full blast, so we actually needed to open the window overnight to cool the room to a bearable temperature. There's no thermostat in the room. The bed seemed flimsy and creaky, and the mattress was thin, old, and uneven. Also, our ocean-view room did have a clear view of the ocean out its (ordinary) window. However, the room was not set up to look out the window, so watching the waves required sitting up on the bed without support.
