"Our family of 5 stayed there for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable the floor plan was great (very open living area). Everything was very clean and as described on the renting site (and there was heat). Communication was simple and clear. We even got a message that we could check in early if we needed to. The location in a cul de sac with the forest in the back was very quiet, saw some dears and racoon from the deck while having my morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay. TV is only streaming but we could log in into our Disney+ and Netflix accounts and watch movies. We would definitely stay there again. It was a great location for our visits of parks, trails, sites around Bella Vista/ Bentonville/ Lafayette. No complaints."

"We are a family of 5 with ages 10 and up. Our 19 year old daughter's mobility is limited to the use of a manual wheelchair. At least once a year we search for a place to gather with our extended families that live in OK and AR. It is always tricky finding a place large enough, the right price, and that can accommodate a wheelchair. All 14 of us greatly enjoyed the beauty of this property and the time it allowed us to spend together. From the initial message, Laura was quick to answer any questions and provide more pictures to help us determine if we could give it a try for our daughter's needs. Everything was just as it was described. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beds and linens for everyone, and the gameroom was great. Just a note to fellow wheelchair users - only 1 of the 3 bathrooms did not have wide enough doorway for a manual wheelchair. The 2 that were wide enough also had good amount of space for turning and moving. The ramps they provided in the garage worked great for us. The lower bunkbeds were the perfect height for our daughter to transfer. Overall, it was an amazing trip! We made great meals together. Looked out the large windows at the beautiful view together. We spent an enormous amount of timing playing together in the gameroom! This property definitely goes in our favorites list."

"This was a dream VRBO, it was like new, spick & span and unbelievably well appointed. Had our family Thanksgiving meal here and there was everything we needed and a lot more. Hope to be a repeat user. Owners should note that the heat pump didn’t seem to be working so we had to use Emergency setting that uses a lot more electricity. Regardless we were quite comfortable. Some service is probably needed."
