This fully furnished one-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully designed to feel like your private retreat while you’re away.

Unwind in the living room or bedroom, both equipped with AC and ceiling fans, and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix and Digi TV, offering 130+ channels.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We’ve also provided thoughtful essentials — sugar, coffee, teas, cooking oil, spices, and purified water — so you can enjoy the convenience of home-style dining.

The bathroom is appointed with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water, and crisp white towels, ensuring a refreshing and comfy experience.

The serene bedroom features a plush queen-size bed, while additional guests are accommodated in style: the living room sofa converts into a queen bed for up to 4 guests.

Step outside to our lush garden and patio to enjoy morning coffee or the evening breeze. Whether for business or leisure, every detail is curated for a stylish, tranquil, and memorable stay. You may encounter other guests, or enjoy the outdoor space entirely to yourself.

SCALED PRICING SYSTEM:
We have implemented a scaled pricing system for our apartment to accommodate guests with different budgets and needs:

• Base rate for up to 2 guests
• Additional $25 per guest after the first two

PARKING:
Please note that only street parking is available. The area is well-lit at night, so you can feel confident leaving your vehicle on the street. For added peace of mind, we also park our own vehicles on the street every night.

THE PROPERTY:
Our mini boutique aparthotel Stylish Apartments offers 3 apartments in total. Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is meant for all our guests and serves as our lobby area.

We are currently renovating our yard, fence, and landscape. We are also adding a pool and an outdoor kitchen/bbq for our guests. This work does not happen every day and it is always finished before 5 pm. We want our guests to be aware of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry service is available on the premises for an additional fee, Monday through Friday. Clean towels and bed linen are provided to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can also provide beach towels.

PETS:
We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$25 per day.

BIKES:
We share our personal bikes with our guests to use on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup!
